Aerial Media
When the lot, the view or the location is the selling point, put it in frame. Licensed pilots, 8 to 10 drone photos per

Interactive tours
360 walkthroughs and interactive floorplans, branded to you, so out of town buyers can tour at midnight without you driving over.

How fast do I get my files?
Photos and 360 tours are delivered within 24 hours, often sooner. Video and social content come back within 48. Saturday shoots deliver Monday morning. If you have a hard launch date, tell us when you book, and we will confirm it.
Do I get the same photographer every time?
We build an extensive profile for you that our photographers review prior to every shoot, ensuring we know your preferences before we arrive. Since our team is scheduled geographically, you'll frequently work with the same familiar face, usually only seeing a different team member if your listing needs a specialty service.
What do you mean by helping with creative?
Every shoot starts with a short conversation about the property and what you want it to do. Your photographer will come back with suggestions on how to shoot it and what to do with the files afterward. It is included in every package, not an upsell.
How far out are you booking?
Usually 2 to 4 days. If you are in a bind, call or text us. We hold 3 slots a week for exactly that.
Do I need to be there?
No, and it usually goes faster if nobody is. A lockbox or contractor box is all we need.
How do I prepare the seller?
We send a one-page prep checklist with every confirmation. Forward it to your seller and the shoot goes faster and the photos come out better.
What happens if it rains?
We're always happy to cooperate with the clients or the seller's preference on weather conditions. If it's just photos, most of the time we can work with overcast since we do sky replacements and will often get in touch if the weather is too extreme for certain activities, including aerials.
What if the seller declutters after you leave?
Message us and we will reshoot those rooms for free. We would rather come back than have your listing go live with boxes in the guest room.
This would be on a per-listing basis. Depending on the client, it's something we can work with if we're close by in the area and can make it work. Our policy typically requires the home to be in a condition that the sellers and the listing agent are happy to list with at most. It would require a small call-out fee for a re-shoot.
Who owns the photos?
You do, for as long as you want them. MLS, paid ads, your website, your listing presentation. No expiring license, no re-licensing fee.
What sizes do I get?
MLS-sized and full resolution, in the same gallery. Video comes horizontal and vertical where the package includes both. On top of that, we include a full marketing suite where you can produce high-quality websites for your listings, digital and print marketing, and more. Call us for details.
Do you charge for travel?
Not within 20 miles of Sacramento Proper, outside there is a $3/mile over 20 miles.
Do you do content for agents, not just listings?
Yes. We have a range of marketing services for agents, including branding content for your website and social media content to bolster your online presence, and even bulk media sessions. Give us a call for more information.
How do I pay?
At delivery, by card, through the link in your gallery email. Agents booking regularly can be set up on monthly invoicing.
